Gratz Academy offers many dynamic ways for high school students to earn college credit. It satisfies academically talented teens and the parents who are each looking to enhance college applications and experiences.

We do this directly through our own Jewish Community High School (JCHS) in Philadelphia and online with JOLT: Jewish Online Learning for Teens.

We also proudly partner with other programs to make it possible for teens to earn college credits while still in high school. Gratz Academy partners who are using this beneficial recruitment and retention tool include: HaZamir: The International High School Choir; Yachad: The Jewish Educational Platform for Teens in Minnesota; Temple Emanuel in New Jersey; Tichon Ramah Yerushalayim and Eisendrath Israel Experience.

The Value of Earning College Credits While Still in High School

Knowing that teens – and their parents – want to squeeze the most out of every minute of their busy lives, we are eager to partner with other organizations to create exciting programming for these teens. Consider joining the many other Jewish educational institutions that, by affiliating with us, now offer college credit classes to their students. We have three models of collaboration and are happy to pilot new models with you.  Click here to download more information. Contact Dina Maiben, Acting Director, Director, at 215-635-7300 ext 162.

Our students have indicated to us that they have been able to transfer in Gratz College credits earned in high school to many colleges and universities.
